Will your LED headlights throw an Error code?

That will depend on the vehicle, most American, European, German vehicles will require decoders/resistors to prevent any error codes. Back to Top

Are LEDs better than HIDs?

This will all depend on your headlight housing, some vehicles have projectors and some do not, now most projectors now a days utilize HID to get more light output, also some projectors are not LED compatible, so please keep this in mind when making your purchase. If you have a regular reflector housing then the LEDs is the best choice for you since LEDs have a more focused light pattern than the HIDs, this means less glare for oncoming traffic. Back to Top

Will your LED headlights be compatible with the newer 2016+ models?

As of right now, for most vehicles, our bulbs have been proven to be compatible. Even with the newer vehicles such as Mercedes Benz, Ford, GMC, BMW, ETC. their systems are getting more and more complicated and we are figuring out ways to bypass their systems, so far the same old technique of installing decoders or resistors have been working, there are rare cases that they do not work and still throw a code. If this happens to you then we highly recommend contacting us asap so we can further assist you with the issues. Back to Top

Are your LED headlights really waterproof?

Yes they are, we have tested them ourselves, we have actually left the bulb in a bucket of water for 24 hours and then have it lit for another 24 hours and there was no issues with the bulb or componets themselves.  Back to Top

Will your LED headlight bulbs cause any glare to other drivers on the road?

No, they will not cause any glare to oncoming drivers on the road. Unlike the HIDs you see on some vehicles, the LEDs were designed to have more of a focused beam pattern almost like a cutoff of a projectored housing. With the 8th generation LED headlights we have come up with the idea of making them adjustable so that you can adjust the bulb to have the most perfect bulb pattern you can get with your reflective housing. Back to Top

For the 8th gen headlight bulbs, what is the required position of the LEDs?

We normally recommend having the LEDs point Left and Right, 3'o clock and 9'o clock, however, if you are unhappy with the beam pattern it gives you, you will be able to play around with the bulb by loosening the allen key on the bulb and see which position is best for you.  Back to Top
